Loool. Weird. Monday morning and I am in a good mood. :O Alright! Today, when I get home, I shall do 20 sit-ups and 20 of the weird doggie-fire-hydrant thingies that make your butt cramp. |

Like, you're on the floor on your hangs and knees and you lift up one leg, extend it all the way, curl it back, all the while keeping it level with the rest of you, and then let it go back down. It HURTS but is good for the hips and butt. |

that's what I usually do! except sometimes when it's way late I force myself to go to bed even when I don't want to. but that's totally the opposite problem.
