Actually there is one...which is not a figure of speech. A baby that is about 18 years old now. She was on Tyra bank show. She wasn't able to grow and she stay as a baby forever until someone do something to her body and make her start growing.

He got paid a lot each month without doing anything and he don't even help my aunt pay the house and now she is in debt.
