I like cupcakes since they're portion control for me, but I don't get the obsession. o.o

it said to take all air bubbles out (mom did that) then leave it in for 25-30 minutes.. ;-;

Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake pan, and get rid of any air bubbles in the batter by dropping the pan on a counter once or twice. Bake the cake for 25 to 30 minutes. The cake is done when it is golden brown and springs back when pressed lightly. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack. Run a blade around the inside of the pan to loosen the cake, and remove.

I'm not sure why that happens to cakes sometimes O.o

My friend came over and made a Pink Lemonade cake yesterday, and we had to go stalk some friends houses to find some eggs xD It was too late to go to the grocery store.
