Oh gosh... Only time my comp did that was because my power supply was dead...and well, I had armies of dust camping out on my graphic card, lol, but mainly the power supply ^^;

I think they make it, hoping to have the gov. use it on their enemies, only for it to back fire and get released on the general public by terrorists or something =O
