*lands in a heap*

i dunno, i got pretty sympathetic over the plights of sephiroth nanaki and after a bit zack(though he is more an idol than a char in 7)

but again i played more than once and so got to play /for/ the story and not for the game, it's fairly fricked up if you pay attention, though cloud and areis are the most 2d of the lot, even barret had a /little/ definition even if it was only a little subplot for a mini boss, made me like his kid more anyway

Sei 07-24-2011 12:48 AM

xD That sounds so exciting!

Nefer 07-24-2011 12:50 AM

That's when I wish they would have thought of Genesis before Crisis Core, it would have been great to have him in it, even only for a reference of something...

Sei 07-24-2011 12:51 AM

I tried to play 12, but I thought it was the worst FF since VIII (I hated those damn cards!). I haven't tried 13 yet because everyone I know said it was a complete waste of money.

Nefer 07-24-2011 12:54 AM

Lol, the cards...it reminds me that I need to restart another game of FF8 since I didn't manage to get all the summons and I'm at the end...*sigh*

Sei 07-24-2011 12:56 AM

Do you need to have all of the summons for the end of the game?

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 12:58 AM

at least i am not the only one who dislikes 8

Sei 07-24-2011 12:59 AM

My friends all gave me shit for it (I liked IX better and they all liked XIII better), so I just kept replaying X and annoying them. xD

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:01 AM

@Sei: No, you don't need to...but I hate finishing a FF game without having everything ^^;; xD

FF9 is actually one of my fav after FF7 and FF10, it's actually tied with FF4.

Sei 07-24-2011 01:03 AM

I don't know why everyone hated IX so much. I really liked the four characters, Dagger with her hair cut short, and the music. I guess the crappy trances, limited characters, and different graphics might have done it.

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:06 AM

Different graphics mostly I think... I didn't necessary like the main characters (as usual xD), but I still liked Zidane's personality, and Kuja...and Beatrix, even though you can't defeat her lol.

Sei 07-24-2011 01:09 AM

Beatrix was cool. I would have rather had her than Steiner! xD

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:10 AM

my roomate likes that one though and i like the moogly bits

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:10 AM

@Sei: Lol, same xD
Let's all wonder why she ended up with Steiner now though, heck she would have fit better with...Kuja for crying out loud! At least he would have been similar in strenght to her ^^;;

@Choco: The moogle letters was kinda fun

Sei 07-24-2011 01:12 AM

Moogles! How I miss them. At least Lulu had a moogle doll or two! xD

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:14 AM

xD Hmmm...I can't remember seeing a moogle in FF7 when I think about it...well apart from Caith Sith lol.

Mizeria 07-24-2011 01:14 AM

-snuggles into Sei and naps-
Meow~

Sei 07-24-2011 01:18 AM

*snugs Miz* <3

Well, Nefer and choco, it's been nice talking to you. I have to get some sleep now, but drop me a profile comment or two if you ever want to discuss the intricacies of the FF-world again. *nodsnods*

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:20 AM

xD
Lol, good night Sei! Have sweet dreams fill of moogles!

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:21 AM

there were onl a couple moogles and they were rides and treats in the casino section^^: though cait was a mog, not sure of the difference though

bye cutie, get rest

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:22 AM

Oh ok, I see...And no idea either lol xD

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:24 AM

i think it's the lack of head thing, though it could be because it's a toy.....hm

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:24 AM

Perhaps...I really don't know, I just know that 'Mog' is the name of a moogle in FF9 I think lol.

Yokuutsu 07-24-2011 01:36 AM

I saw the Harry Potter movie for the second time today :3

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:38 AM

Lol! I take it it was good? Is the ending good at least? *will probably only see it either in mid-august if she can convince her friend in seeing it again or when it comes out on dvd*

Yokuutsu 07-24-2011 01:40 AM

Well, which ending? The ending of the war/their teenage years? Or the actual end-the last thing you see.

The first one didn't follow the book....but wasn't bad.

The last thing you see....pretty much follows the book and how it deviated....improved it in a way :3

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:42 AM

Oh ok ^^ So I guess it's good? lol *haven't read the book*
As long as it's not 'let's make everyone happy, have a big family etc.' type of ending lol.

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:43 AM

so i was at lunch and someone said snape died <w< i have not read the last 4-5 books so i don't know if it is true but i like to spoil if i can

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:44 AM

LOL!
It's possible, who knows, we'll see when we watch the movie lol.

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:46 AM

tch, you are too unflappable, or mybe you don't like the series as much as some haha

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:47 AM

Lol, that's probably the reason yes, the ending of Harry Potter isn't the ending of my life or childhood unlike some people xD

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:48 AM

haha, i knew i liked you for a reason

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:51 AM

xDD
Some people are just...too crazy over that lol.

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:52 AM

yeah, i am glad i grew out of it in middleschool instead of being run off by the crazies like with naruto

Yokuutsu 07-24-2011 01:53 AM

-flails wanting to give spoilers- AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! READ THE BOOK PLEASE!

Cause this one chick kept asking if people were going to die and being so damned suprised AND LOUD AS HELL WITH IT TOO!

Please read the book T_T

I grew up with it....and was hoping I'd get my Hogwarts letter when I turned eleven .-. -crawls away into geek cave now-

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 01:57 AM

hell no, harry potter is frickin' stupid^^: it is well outside of my age group once you get out of puberty pre and pubecent novels are /not/ for you >> if you want to read for fun fine but dam t isn't worth being clumped in with the children the morons and the mommies

that and it is lazy to read kiddie books when grown-up books are avalible to educate and entertain you^^: big-girl words please

Nefer 07-24-2011 01:57 AM

@Choco: Ahah, oh boy, right, Naruto...at least you see less and less of them in conventions now, thanks godness, it was getting crazy the last few years @_@

@Yokuutsu: Uh, ok then xD And lol, you grew up with it, that's a bit more normal lol, like some children may have thought some little blue creatures existed in the world ^^;

@Choco: Lol! Well, I have a lot of books to read anyway, so I doubt I'll start reading HP ^^;

littl3chocobo 07-24-2011 02:01 AM

sorry nefar, that rant was not at you^^: you seem sane enough not to need the biblio-back-handing

Yokuutsu 07-24-2011 02:01 AM

@Choco

Well...then....I know I should stay away from you. Since I'll piss you off eventually. I'm sorry I enjoy fantasy since real life sucks.

@Nefer

Real life sucks in my experience....it would be awesome to go into a world of magic...maybe then I would be more likely to cook LOL since magic could do some of the work at least.

Nefer 07-24-2011 02:04 AM

@Yokuutsu: Lol! Well, it depends on the fantasy though, Priestess of the White was good, but I'd rather not become obsess with a god lol.
