I'd say the god-like creature of the game that narrates the story throughout.

Offbeat villain who is a good person at heart and eventually defects to the good side before they're tragically killed in a character-building moment which inspires the Hero or Heroine to guarantee the Supervillain's downfall and ultimate death.

A fallen angel who pretends to help the party but actually gives them wrong information every time.

The sneaky fox character you have to chase around for half the game because she knows something you need to know! And naturally she doesn't trust you.

The mage that you have to beat in order to get them to join you... problem is is this particular mage is extremely powerful and doesn't require a focus to totally blast you out of the water in one stroke.

A midway boss that looks easy but takes hours to defeat.

The female that must be rescued by band of heros, she is the key to victory, but by the time they arrive, she has been possesed by evil forces,s o they think they must kill her... If player figures another way before they do so, he wins, if he kills her, he losses nevertheless.

The hero's best friend who is secretly on the dark side.

So secretively? xD Strange.

Main character, school girl in disguise of a super hero, lol.

The NPC that you are supposed to obtain information from before going to the next quest, only to find this character's a backstabber sort and gives you false information, leading you into an incredibly tough boss that you have no hope of beating.

The heroess who lives in small society in woods, but joins the group when learns that her village could be endagered, too, if they don't stop the big evil guy. Is rather helpful in the quest with ker knowledge of nature and figthing skills. Can be killed in one of the battles.

Oh, yes. Secretly in an obvious way.
How you and everyone else can see the person is a bad guy, but their best friend cannot.

A pretty NPC character that means very little to the plot line as when questioned gives nothing 'useful' except for a declaration of "I love puppies!" and the rest of the world is like... who cares?

And then there is some evil plot twist later, where everyone msut rememebr which of many npcs liked with animal and it ends up she is main evil man's daughter, lololol. xD

The character that doesn't join group, but goes on her oqn quest to defeat the big bad guy. Also love interest of player's character. As the main caracter group arive somewhere, they find her fatally wounded, before dying she gives some very useful information and then passes away in arms of our hero... Later, in one of the endings, it might be revelead that she ddin't die at all, if you do some things.

The evil character who is the 'bad guy' in the first half of the game, but after she's defeated, there is a bigger, badder character that was controlling her.

The princess next to the giant monkey that likes to throw barrels at you until one of you is dead.

In other words: The damsel in distress.

The good guy that used to be on the opposite side

The head of the dark side that you have to defeat in the end.

How come I keep getting pegged as the final boss? XD

The last, secret, most kickass summon.

The goddess who has the power to fix the world from it's current predicatment but is stuck in a glass ball and can't do a darn thing.
