@choc: It's a thing when your parents are really old and can't help themselves. Then yes, I would take care of them even if I'm not obliged.
But, they're still alive, kicking and earning money.

lol.. the bus I need is never around when I'm leaving or entering town. XD but I ran into my friend on the way and had a nice chat, he wants to hang out tomorrow.

:/ Eh.. I was supporting my parents a few years ago.. my dad lost his job and I was the only earning a wage so most of my money went for bills and food. Some people thought it wasn't right that my dad sponged money off of me but either give it to him or he would throw a tantrum in the store.. < . <

well, your dad has a reason why he needs your help, because he lost his job.., but still not a good reason to always depend on you

yea.. but he never told us the truth why he lost his job.. he lost his temper.. lots of times, I went to best friend's house to get away cause he got angry if I didn't give him the labtop when he wanted it or if I wanted to watch a program on tv.. {he had the tv 5 out of 7 days cause I only wanted Monday and Friday nights to catch the late night Animes}.. And when I came over here and didn't go back last year.. he said he disowned me.. sound like a father, eh? < .< {and sorry if that sounds like I'm getting ready to pound someone.. if he could stopped me from going to my best friend's house who he hated, he would of..}

sounds like my dad. I pay for the internet and tv bills, yet he gets mad at me when I use it for a few freaking hours.

-nods- I paid money for the tv channels I wanted but I never got to watch them. :/ In the end, I started just finding Anime on the net and spending my time watching it if I wasn't with Jen or at work or at a family member's house.

Anyway, almost dinner time for me. I'll chat with everyone tonight. ^^
