They are to me. What would be perfect to you? Or would you be able to pick one?

mdom 11-26-2018 12:19 AM

Rainbow is definitely a valid color.
Or uh iridescent.

Iridescent is good enough because it really is amazing.

So they do use a brush technique, but I wonder if you have to do it much dryer to maintain that more splotchy transition between the colors and to prevent them from bleeding together as much.

gimme that shirt >:D

yeah I wouldn't want muddy colors

Biomecha 11-26-2018 09:39 PM

It would be interesting to try and experiment with it, but supplies would add up too quickly. Which seems to be the way for any craft.

mdom 11-26-2018 09:43 PM

that's always the sad part :(

Biomecha 11-28-2018 12:12 AM

Yeah, even classes seem to be getting more and more expensive. I saw one for learning how to make espresso but for amateurs, and it was a few hundred for a couple of days.

mdom 11-28-2018 05:41 PM

for true hipsters
the ones with money but choose to look like hobos

Biomecha 11-29-2018 02:48 AM

It seems like they would prefer to be seen at the coffee shops than making it at home.

mdom 11-29-2018 06:37 AM

The classes are for the ones who like to brag at coffee shops. 'when I do it...'

Biomecha 11-30-2018 04:56 PM

Heh, that's probably true. I could have learned how to do rainbow latte art, though.

mdom 11-30-2018 06:27 PM

A few hundred are definitely NOT a waste of your money if it's to learn anything rainbow.

Biomecha 11-30-2018 06:58 PM

I'll just watch YouTube tutorials for you. And mail it to you when ready.

mdom 11-30-2018 07:11 PM

mail it to me frozen inside some hermetic case?

Biomecha 11-30-2018 08:01 PM

We might need some liquid nitrogen to preserve the rainbow foam, but even then it might not last.
