Vacation is awesome! Me and my bf went to a beach for my birthday vacation! We also went snorkeling, fish feeding and island hopping! We get to experience night life on the beach and laze around the beach during daytime. We also had a massage on the beach, very relaxing. :D I only have the 2010 & 2011 yearlies. maybe you can choose from those? apologies. :) |
That vacation sounds like my ideal kind of place! I'm so glad you had a great and relaxing time :) Surely you and the mister were treasure hunting while you were snorkeling? ;)

uhm... to be honest, the fish feeding and snorkeling creeped me out! the fishes are way too friendly that they wouldn't be scared to swim right towards your face and have a taste of your skin. they tried to bite legs and other exposed skin! Haha! Good thing they don't have fangs or teeth that's why it's just ticklish! Haha! Hhhhmmm... treasure? we would've! but then knowing the place was a tourist spot, we already knew there wouldn't be any treasure there! there was an attraction where you can dive to see giant clams with actual pearls inside them... but we didn't try that out because I think it's a bit creepy for my taste even though there are pearls in them. haha!
I don't have a wings of the corrupt anymore... I think I already sold it before... Hmmm... maybe you can view my shop so you can see the available yearlies that I have that are still up for grabs.. thread is in my siggy Ginger.. :) @Lawtan---are you sure about that? you won the raffle so you might as well take something? :D |

Snorkeling? :D
Nothing compares to jumping off the boat, and seeing what looked like a giant Barracuda under the ship...and everyone else screaming "Shark!" Well, except sailing through a tropical storm... *Sailing/snorkeling experience as a kid is one of my favorite memories* |
@Ginger---The small fishes are alright but when it exceeds a certain size and it tries to nibble your feed, it's very creepy! Haha! Sent trade for the Horns of the Divine. :)
@Lawtan---Do barracudas attack people? I haven't seen one actually. What are your fond memories of snorkeling? :D |
I love all fishes :) Except the ones that can eat/kill me. Those ones I try to avoid.

I'm not too sure. I've wondered ever since that Finding Nemo movie. The barracuda looked pretty mean in that one, haha. I do know they have razor-sharp teeth. I personally would not want near one for that reason alone.

They are. Later on that same trip, a Barracuda was caught on a fishing line. It was about as nice as a caged opossum.
Also, we sailed through a Tropical Storm. The waves were about 2/3 the size of the ship (Mast, sails, and all) Me, hanging on a handhold: "Am I the only one enjoying this?" Other person: "Me, too. I think I must be nuts." Anywho, guess who! |
That's creepy as hell... no wonder Coral got eaten in Finding Nemo.

I saw that movie twice in the theater when it came out. Which I never do, but I loved this one too much. Now it's just like.... once every few years kind of thing. |

The story. I half-had the idea of trying to take pictures of the game (Guns of Icarus) and write a story based on them.

Its an Airship Steampunk battle game. FPS shooting, but all characters can be in 3rd person. An Adventure Mode (making it a real "ambush a trading ship and take the gold for yourselves" thing) is supposed to come out next year.
