Ouch, sorry to hear your hands are still a bit swollen. At least the hives are mostly gone.

Yeah i just had them on my hands for almost 5 days in a row and they'd made my joints swell up a bit....

Next time I go to a place where ill be in the sun i need to try not having food with preservatives in it for a week to two weeks before hand and during and see if that helps any...
