I don't. I've had it only once, and it was a single sip of wine, but I have no recollection of the rest of the night, and I woke up with a splitting head-ache. And worse, apparently I was such a jerk everyone was angry at me for an entire day after words.

I take something called Melatonin that makes it slightly easier for me to sleep. Now I get an hour or so through out the night.
