The meat here...It ranges in price. You can get some cheap frozen chicken patties for a few dollars, a good bit of ground beef for like five dollars, and a really nice cut of meat from between 10-20 dollars XD

Shiii~
-forgot to save previous avvie and now can't remember its bottom- =o=

Aiko: I'm sorry. >:

Lucid: Aww. D:
It's unusually hot today for Ohio.

Darkie: ;~;

Hermes 09-07-2010 03:39 PM

Ouch >w<

Sorry Rainy~

Aiko 09-07-2010 03:40 PM

Hermes: Hrmph, the only cheap meat here, is that of really low quality, and then the sliced stuff that goes on your bread... (which is usually not very great quality either)
Stuff like fish, ox meat and chicken, is something I only dream of buying right now =_=;
At least my mom promised to pay for the food for my weekend this week since my youngest brother is coming to visit (and she knows I can't afford to pay for more than my own needs, as being a student who has moved out haven't changed since she was young)

Chi: Well unless you control the weather around here don't be ^_^
I mean I'm Danish, I should be a viking and all... but we seem to have gotten weaker over the years :P

-meows sadly and tries to rebuild-

Silverbleed 09-07-2010 03:40 PM

I like free stuff 8)

Hermes 09-07-2010 03:43 PM

Ah. Well, fish is fairly good here~ I love it sooo much <3

And not just when people make it not taste like fish.

"I like fish."

"You do?"

"Yup."

"No, you don't. Tell me what goes on your fish."

"Mayonnaise, relish, some lemon juice, pepper, sometimes ketchup..."

"So, you like fish, as long as it doesn't taste like fish? I like plain fish."

"......."

"Yeah."

Aiko 09-07-2010 03:43 PM

Silverbleed: Who doesn't?

Hermes: I LOVE FISH!
No matter what goes on it, if I could I'd have fish three times a week, but it's one of the most expensive types of meat you can buy in Denmark... Dx

Chi 09-07-2010 03:45 PM

Aiko: Oh, I see. o-o;

Lucifer 09-07-2010 03:45 PM

Well everyone I gtg to my friend Britt's house to hang out.. see ya guys later ;)

Hermes 09-07-2010 03:45 PM

It's mid-range here. Beef is fairly expensive, and rare fish is. But, like, simple fish things? Cheap. America is fairly blessed, actually.

I'm on my DSi XL so I get to be in bed as I type this. Also put some water on to boil so I can make noodles.

Aiko 09-07-2010 03:46 PM

Hermes: Yes, I noticed when I was there, all your stuff is cheaper than our stuff >_<

Chi: Yush

Hermes 09-07-2010 03:48 PM

@ Aiko - Yet people complain about prices XD I think it's all perspective, really. People here have been so blessed for so long, that when things get slightly tougher, they freak out. I know that I will eat my fill today, I will enjoy my food, and I will have enough to drink, and house, and internet, etc., etc. Not everyone can say that, and I make it a point to always remember how blessed I really am.
