Spinach lasagna. It was surprisingly really really easy to make!

The lasagna I had made was super easy! It was 12 lasagna pieces, 16 oz ricotta cheese, 16 oz cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 2 cups mozzarella cheese and parmesan and a bit of parsley, and then I added spinach to it. Oh and of course marinara sauce

I'm spoiled, just got in from work and apparently the roommate is planning to feed me curry ::tries to not drool on keyboard::

I had left-over steak from the other night at my mom's. They were done on the grill! And, even with re-heating it in the microwave, it still had the awesome 'done on the grill' flavor. Nom nom!
