Our jail is almost at capacity (if it's not already). Last night our city police department did a raid and brought in 30 more people

Yeah, we had 510 inmates the last time I checked, which was about 1am.

Ah. Fresno CA has been, at different points, in the USA: Most violent crimes, methamphetamine central, and drunkest city.

We have a lot of meth issues around here. I'm about 30 minutes from Chattanooga, TN, which was recently listed as the 11th most dangerous place to live in the US
