I'm good at math and I used to like it but ib precalc ruined math for me.

I'm good at it, and I kind of like figuring things out, I just hate homework. The lessons are basically busy work and it annoys me xD.

Yeah.... most homework is busy work unfortunately.

Well, in my class the grades are divided like so:
20% = Daily Grades
80% = Test Grades

So I've gotten to the point where if a math problem takes forever to do, and I know how to do it, I just write something snarky like "hahaha, no." as the answer... I still make straight A's for the win. xD

Lol!! That sounds like something I would do... My dad is a mathematician, and on road trips he would quiz us. I knew how to do long division before I knew how to read. I loved it!

I used to be FANTASTIC at math. My parents would quiz me against my older brother and give a ridiculous division problem and I was able to do it in my head... and fast. xD

Yeah... my dad had us doing probability problems that you learn to solve in like precalc and calc and we were doing them in elementary school and getting them right. we just didn't know what it was called....

I'm not that good any more.... My little brother got a 34 on the ACT his first time taking it without studying.... He just decided he didn't want to take it again. And his sophomore year of high school he was helping my friends who were seniors with their IB chem 2 homework and he had never take a chemistry class before.
