What is the furball called??

It's called Kaimid's Furball. It was part of Kaimid's bundle. You have to get it on the exchange now, either as part of the bundle or separately.

Not off the top of my head. Look for people selling Event bundles, since Kaimid's bundle came from the Taskal War event. Someone might have extra individual pieces. I got mine by putting it in my sig that I was looking just for that from the bundle and asking anyone who had one to PM me. ^^
