one of my aunts had one of those clear conairphones. I always wanted it.
At my house we were super basic and still had 2 rotary dial phones. (As well as 1 basic black cordless phone that we got when I was in middle school.)

Ugh, I am having/have had all day mild anxiety because someone left the main apartment complex door propped open, so UPS was able to deliver my package, but it was delivered 11ish hours ago and idk how long the main door was left open and if my package will be there when I get home or if it will have been stolen.

With a TON of help from a friend, I submitted my resume for a full time position at the local animal shelter! And now I feel sick to my stomach because it is probably really shit and I'm not gonna get the job and did we go to cutesy with the cover letter and not professional enough? FUCK WHY AM I SO BAD AT GETTING THE JOBS I WANT?!?

I'm dead tired from today so why am I still up???? ;____;

1. I'm really glad that pasta exists.
2. I'm going to try not to get a headache today.
3. It's raining, it's storming and I absolutely love it.

Jfc, rentals are getting expensive. A friend has started sharing apartment listings with me (for no reason at all, because I never said I wanted to move, plus like 90% of them are literally within blocks of where I already live). The most recent one was a studio for $495 + $20 for utilities + renter pays electric. Unless I read it wrong and it's $475 + the utility fee.
But either way, that's the same as or more than I currently pay for my 1 bedroom.
Tbh, the studio had a great kitchen and nice paint job and dark wood floor, which is really tempting except that it's a ground floor and also probably doesn't accept pets...
