Or something is up with this computer which is very well possible.

yea I know right? I like it and I have bad memory related to em.

Normally I cook easy recepies involving boneless chicken. Because it's cheap and easy whip out in 30 minutes. Which I really needed with previous roomate being irresponsible plus inviting people all the time. Can't have guests over and not give them food. Idk where that notion comes from though >_< But on the asian side: stir fry, tiger steak, lop, Sinnagong. Not sure of spelling but those things most American do enjoy =)

...yes! I don't have a very dirty mind. No wonder I'm called flirty irl. xP

Vincent 04-09-2014 03:17 AM

Might be o-o' Run it through an anti virus thing or something? XD

Lmao. XD Idon't really have many memories of them,but they've mostly been 'party food' to me. XD

Dx that sucks. That's kinda why I couldn't do roommates. XD I don't like people over all the time. XP But I guess it's kinda akward if you're a guest and you're just sitting there while someone else is eating... XD
like a dinner or something. XP
And... I've had stir fry which is good. XD But I've never heard of the other two o-o'

Well I have quite a dirty mind. XD So I guess we're opposites there.

Vincent 04-09-2014 03:45 AM

Annd I'm startin to get tired. DX
I'm gunna go to sleep now. :c Sorry~
Hope you sleep well too x3 And that your computer gets better xD
Night. x3

Umaeril 04-09-2014 10:12 AM

Why are you a hermit Vincent? I am so nosy!

I stay home a lot because I work a lot from home, mostly. I can come in the office if I want to but why? I have to get dressed up and put on my face, drive in, figure out what I will have for lunch, etc. So I could be called a hermit because I stay home, but then I have to go out and do other things, like chores.

Sorry... I fell asleep. xP

I usually read three genres: anything historical (not necessarily non-fiction), murder mysteries (love Sherlock Holmes and have read his complete works!), and science fiction. I branch out from time to time, but those are definitely my home away from home in the literary world. *nods*

Wow, I read that Kinsaki announcement... I would be very disappointed if I were a long-invested user there. o.o;;

Espy 04-09-2014 11:57 AM

You know...to be honest, though Tris has had a lot of bumps in its road and is generally much less active, we've yet to go out with a nasty bang. Very few user complaints are against staff, and...that's a pretty good thing.

...I mean, we all know what happened to Elidiun and later Terrasus, yeah?

Ultima 04-09-2014 12:08 PM

... I have never heard of any of these sites owo;

I guess I'm too loyal to Trisphee XD

Sei 04-09-2014 12:08 PM

I remember Eli, but Terrasus is gone now as well? Man...

How many smaller avatar sites are left these days? I know of a few, but who knows how they're doing.

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 12:43 PM

*pops back up* sorry had to get some sleep lastnight

Espy 04-09-2014 12:53 PM

Eli and Terra were run by the same person; Terra's crash started with mods revealing that Mouse spent like...$70 of donations on a pair of jeans for himself.

Hm...Eos is down for lots of maintenance -- they're hard at work and are doing their best to prove they're not just gonna close. That one medieval/castle-y one...I forgot what it's called...I'm pretty sure that one's died.

Sei 04-09-2014 01:54 PM

Wow, that's sad. Using donations for the site on personal items (unless you're making a huge profit and are 'getting paid') is absolutely ridiculous. Anyone who would do this doesn't deserve to get donations from users, in my opinion; donations are for site improvement, not for a shopping spree. :\

There was also Celenia and Chloria, right? I remember joining those, but they were not up to my expectations. Also, I wonder how Syndrone is doing, now that people have joined from Eli?

Espy 04-09-2014 03:29 PM

His excuse was something along the lines of "it was your choice to donate and I run this site to get something out of it."

Syn's doing pretty damn well.

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 04:15 PM

*begins to munch on chips*

Umaeril 04-09-2014 04:19 PM

I mod over at Syndrone. It is quite successful, the staff works very hard there and they have some loyal users.

I think that medieval one might be Zantarni? I have not gone there for a while because there were no posts. :/

Sei 04-09-2014 04:21 PM

Syn was the one place I couldn't stand. Their forum is ugly and their avatars are huge and not pretty enough, in my opinion. Nevermind that they pretty much scrapped Eli to make Syn more successful. x_x

Hey, AP! :'D

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 04:26 PM

Hey Sei

Sei 04-09-2014 04:29 PM

Do you mind if I call you AP? I already know an Alpha and AlphaPrime is a lot to type every time I address you personally. >.>;

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 04:33 PM

It's ok I have other friends on other sites that call me that; oh and I am on Unifaction.com

Sei 04-09-2014 04:34 PM

Alright, AP it is then! :'D

I don't feel like making an account, but what is Unifaction? Is it a forum community like Tris?

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 04:42 PM

yeah it is it is also connected to Unicreatures I will put a couple into my sig

ChibiFujoshi 04-09-2014 06:57 PM

0rolls in- =3= sleepy idk why

Vincent 04-09-2014 07:23 PM

@ Uma ;
I dunno. XD I just like staying home. I can just sit around and play games and stuff. XD And eat whenever I want and just. Idk. It's too much work to get up and get out. XP

Well yeah same here, getting dressed up, doing my hair, all that stuff. Just blahh.XD
Meh I don't have any outside chores besides shopping. ;~;

@ Sei ;
xD Its okay. It's kinda interesting whenever people fall asleep talking to you or whatever. XD
Hmm I don't believe I read much in Scients Fiction or Historical, but I have read my share of murder mysteries. XD They wern't sherlock holmes though. Dx I don't believe I've read any of those books.

&& oh my gee. XD Your avatar channged. And your tummy is exposed. 8D -rubs it- We both have exposed stomachs now. XD yay us?

@ Espy ;
Alot of avatar sites are closing down? XD No wonder I had such a hard time searching for one to commit to. XP
And what's your oppinion on him buying those jeans and having that excuse? o-o

@ Alpha Prime ;
It's okay. XD I did too~

@ Chibi ;
Hai there. x3 Hows your day been going~

Vincent 04-09-2014 08:00 PM

Annnd I just had two random radical thoughts for games for Trisphee o.0

Jurinjo 04-09-2014 08:54 PM

I'm seeing a trend here with the failed sites and that seems to be the staff. Like Espy said at least that's not the problem here and let's keep it that way ^_^

I was sad about Elidun cause I loved the cute chibi avatars there. Also Zaffcast and Crysandrea were other places I went to although not so much Crysandrea I was still surprised to find out it's no longer around. When I left they seemed to be doing rather well and I used to chat with 2 staffers on a regular basis.

And yes Sei it is very disappointing. I've been a member of Kinsaki since 2008, and was a moderator there. But...well you can see from the announcement the kind of problems they ran into. It wasn't too much different when I was there. My friends honestly held out for a long time and I admire that.

I should really hop back over to my old RPs there for fun before the site disappears but I'll probalby be too late xP

Ooh, what murder mysteries have you read? *curious*

I gotta expose my stomach where I can. At least it looks good on my avatars. xP

I love our staff here, so I am extremely grateful we got so lucky in that regard. I am sad that so many sites don't have that luck. We also got lucky in that even though we don't have as many users as other sites, we have the best of the best here keeping this community alive. *nods*

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:05 PM

Uhh well I don't know if they were ALL murder mysteries but one of the authors I barely remember reading, was Caroline B Cooney...she had some rather interesting books. XD
I think I might have read some others but I can't really remember at the moment. XD
All I really remember reading is the 'Pendragon' Series. XD

And psh. You have a pretty stomach. DX~

Sei 04-09-2014 09:10 PM

I've read all of the accepted works of Sherlock Holmes, a lot of Agatha Christie's works, and various others, including the Obsidian and Blood series (which is an Aztec murder mystery). I love seeing a good mystery wrapped up by a smart detective. *nods*

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:13 PM

Hmm I havn't heard of any of those. DX...
I'm too much of a simple person I guess. XD I don't really pay attention to complex stuff like that. ;~; /is boring

... I have a book of riddles. 8'D

Sei 04-09-2014 09:15 PM

Well, keep in mind I'm also a bit older than you. It took me a bit to get into Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's style of writing (reading 19th/20th century British English is rough), I thoroughly enjoyed every page. :3

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:19 PM

Pshh I don't think I'm eeevur gunna grow up. Dx I like being childish and innocent and cute. XD

o-o... Well. uh. At least you got some nice stuff you can enjoy? X'D

Sei 04-09-2014 09:20 PM

I have my childish side, but I tend to show my adult side more often. XP

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:27 PM

Pshh you should show your childish side sometime. 8D
I wanna see~ x3 haha.

I think it's good for everyone to have at leaast something of a childish side. xD Idk.

I always feel the need to emphasize that Tris staff blends into the userbase. Like...I know a lot of sites where I feel like "oh wow this person is a staffer and I need to be polite because he/she is never here so it must be important" and everyone's super-nice to them, etc, and they're just there to give news and whatnot.

....and like...not actually be part of the community.

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:31 PM

Yeahh. But it's good that staff is part of the community. Especially in times like these. XD lmao.

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 09:38 PM

*pops up still dressed for church* BOO!

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:40 PM

Haha did you not feel like changing out of it, Alph? XD

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:45 PM

Aw Dam. I forgot to ask Sei. XD So if anyone wants to take a shot at it, go ahead.
So. I noticed in the item guide that previously there were DI's that cost aurum instead of runes, alongside the two rune DI's. Whatever happened to that? o: Cuz I don't see any of it in the past few months.

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 09:49 PM

Yes I did lol

Vincent 04-09-2014 09:51 PM

Well is it at least comfortable to be in? XD

AlphaPrime 04-09-2014 10:03 PM

Yes very much so as my church doesn't require me to wear dresses
