she has one ruffle around her longer skirt, and three ruffles on her underskirt...probably, hmmmmmmmm eight yards of ruffles at the most? which would be about 24ish yards of material at 3-4 inches wide.

oh yeah, there's more pleats on Charlotte(from Berserk) and a gaaaazillion mor miles of bias tape on the TB stuff I do. it'll just be one day of noooooothing but pleating.

well it helps that I found the PERFECT jacket for it, and it happens to be in black crushed velvet. so all I have to do is find material to match to make the skirt then accessories!
