Well, it certainly not easy. It took me hundreds of years to learn it.

And by years, I mean thirty seconds. I... I've never done the self grab-kick before, to be honest. I accidently tore my leg off. V_V

I am having a very difficult time imagining this but what I do manage to picture certainly is amusing.
