I tend to switch names on other sites depending on how I like the site. If its one I am not to fond of it gets a different name. This one when I joined it was during an event and it was hard to see so I didn't think I would stay on the site. But I am still there.

You might have to explain why the cops in your town are idiots. Does your brother have a receipt from where he bought the laptop? Because if he didn't know it was stolen he can not be charged with accessory to a crime. You guys need to stop panicking and get a freaking lawyer and go down to your goverments office and let them know it was an accident and for them to go and find the original thief.
