With an impaction this severe, I'm in for some major dental surgery if anything ever goes wrong, but right now they're stable and not hurting anything.

I HAVE had it checked out -- how could I know about this unless my dentist had taken x-rays? It's not even a matter of pain tolerance; it doesn't hurt at all.
