Oh no, I have narrowed it down to the bakaneko and some make up but I am not sure how the eyes are layered.

don;t own a credit card. not allowed to get a credit card. Grandparents won;t allow it. tried the paypal, option for payment but they refused my usual setting cause there;s no credit card >.>
