Hearing Lance's voice he quickly unlocked the door and pulled Lance and the unknown man in. Then quickly locking the doors again. "Thank god you guys here, quickly! Get in!" he said as he motioned towards the laundry hamper.

Lance looked at him as if the boy was insane "umm, are you okay? You feeling sick or something?" he said laughing and looking at Cu "You got any idea?"

Cu threw his hands up in exasperation.

How the hell am I supposed to know...?! He paused, then suddenly ran upstairs. Weapons. His weapons. He was feeling rather anxious without them, for some reason.

"don't get that attitude with me" Lance said glaring at the man then snapping back to grace "what happened tell me" dropping his weapons other than the boot knife at the door

Charlie was walking through the streets towards her home when she stepped straight into Noelle's path. Smacking to her hard she fell back and landed hard on the pavement. "Owww.... Damn tha sure hurt..." Groaning as she looked up. "Oi.... Noelle's what's got you in such a hurry? Dinner is t ready for at least another hour so relax." Frowning as she looked closely now.

Leo then explained the course of events that had happened. "That guy was looking for Noelle, I have a feeling he won't rest until he gets her either..." he said uneasily.

Not seen by Lance, Cu flicked his ear, annoyed, grabbed his equipment, and ran back down the stairs while pocketing everything. Somewhere near the middle of the flight, he tripped over a stray pillow and went crashing head over heels, barreling straight into the boy who had pointed his sword at Cu earlier.

...Oops.

"Charlie," Noelle felt like she could hug this crazy female but instead offers her hand to help her up, "I am glad to see you and it's a long story." she sighs, "Could we get back to the restaurant? Might not be the best place to speak, the ground might have ears, as to speak."

Lance laughed as he saw Cu collide into Leo "HAHAH are you guys okay!" lance placed his hands over his mouth and the other holding his side. he couldn't stop laughing. But then it him what leo said Noelle was in trouble he couldn't let anything happen to her.. not her.. "Where is she do you know" he said in a panic.

Leo picking himself up, glared at the unknown man. Then turning back to Lance. "No.. thats why I'm worried for her safety." He said anxiously.

Lance's eyes turned red like the night that Leo and him had fought. "ill go find her" He said unsheathing his sword and walking to the rail of the balcony his teeth clenching "AND I WILL KILL WHOEVER STANDS IN MY WAY!"

Worried, Cu ran quietly after Lance. This man...he seemed much too reckless. What if whoever was chasing after this Noelle girl was strong? He'd only just met Lance, and surely this was a man who could live up to his reputation, but he still felt the need to keep an eye on him.

After all, he's a fellow Rebel...

Charlie did as she was asked after standing and led her back to the restaurant quickly, which wa only a couple blocks away. She glanced up hearing the noise of movement above her as she moved to open the main door. "Now where are you going Lance? And put that dang sword up before you trip and accidentally stab yourself."

Seeing the two leave Leo followed right behind them fearing something could go wrong if he wasn't there. He grabbed his sword and jumped off the balcony. "Wait up!!" he shouted.

Lance looked down seeing Noelle below with charlie and he instantly calmed down sheathing his sword and jumping down where Charlie was.."Noelle are you.. Okay?" he said looking at her noticing a mark on her face his fist clench and he instantly went back into the blood lust that caused him to become angry.. "Who.. Did this..." he say gently laying his hand over the mark

"It's a long story, Lance. And calm down, I'll tell you all once inside.. it's not safe to say anything on the streets."

Seeing Charlie Leo froze and jumped back the other direction. Landing on the balcony and running back towards his hiding spot of choice.. the laundry hamper.

Lance was blinded by anger at this point it didn't matter what had happen the man who did this needed to die.. "Name.." He simply muttered as the Chesire grin came across his face "So i can spread his entrails across the city for everyone to see that would be an amazing show no?" he was becoming insane again.

"Lance, no," Noelle shakes her head, "Even I have the sense not to tangle with him. And not when he knows about you.."

"Lance... Come on inside an behave for one day please." Charlie said simply as she took Noelle's hand and led her inside. "Here... We don't want it infected or scarring." She said softly and grabbed a damp rag to dab at it. "There... Better now." Placing a band aid over it and smiling slightly. "Alright... You're safe here so explain."

Cu walked down to where the rest of the rebels were and leaned against the wall, eavesdropping. Lance...it sounded as if his nickname was well-earned.

Leo witnessing everything from his hiding spot listened intently on what Noelle was going to say.

Lance saw cu still standing out side and shook his head his nerves started to calm. "come on your with me!" Lance grabbed Cu's arm and dragged him into the room with Noelle and charlie "This is Cu, he cannot talk but i sorta understand him " he laughed then looked at Noelle "whats going on i wanna know".

Erm...

Cu felt his ears turn a bit red as he averted his eyes.

Does this man not realize I'm not a friendly people-person...?! he pulled his mask a bit higher and did his best to not stare daggers at the other mercenary.

"Thank you, Charlie." Noelle turns serious, "I guess I should of said something about it earlier but, I never thought after all these years, he would be still hunting me down." she sits down on one of the chairs, "I guess I should start from the beginning. I was born a twin, we were both in foster care but well, cause I was a load of trouble, they finally decided to separate me and my sister. My sister, I do not know where she ended up, we were not allowed to communicate. I was taken to a new foster home and that was where I met him.
At first, he was normal, he eventually came almost like a second twin to me. But he slowly begin to change as we got older, to the point where I didn't know him anymore, he was like a wolf in sheep's clothing. It got worst when I started dating, in fact, I didn't find out till much later, that he actually tricked the guy I was seeing and murdered him in cold blood. At this point, I was scared and begged the people running the foster home to transfer me to another home.
They agreed and made arrangements for me to transfer to another home but somehow he found out. He came to stop me leaving and we had a fight.. I ended up, in self defense, slashing him across the eyes.. They had to take him to hospital, and I was relocated to a new home during this.
I hadn't seen him since than. Last I heard, he got involved with the government and well, I remained on the move till today. I guess he had more connections than I thought. I was only going to steal some clothes and I guess the guard had been one of his croonies, who knows. The guard must of called the police who informed him cause he showed up there, he literally ripped the door off the hinges. Somehow he managed to get someone to spy on me and Lance the other day and he threatened to kill Lance first. He was the one that did that," she pauses, pointing to the bruise Charlie had taken care of, "He would of killed me if I hadn't been able to take advantage of the situation and escape. I got out through the air duct, but I had to leave my bag there. And that's pretty much it till I ran into Charlie."

Leo hearing his fill popped out of the laundry hamper and jumped in the air. "I say we assassinate the guy. He looks like too much trouble to be left alone. We either kill him, or someone has to watch over you 24/7 to keep you safe." He said seriously looking at Noelle.

Noelle stares at Leo, "No.. You won't get the chance to assassinate him, he'll kill you first. He uses a combination of lightning and knifes to kill. and as much as your intentions are good, I won't allow you to get hurt for me. There's a chance I won't even run into him again. As long as I keep my head down, he might think I have split from here."

Lance stands in silence at first with his fist clenched he grimaced his eyes glowing red.. "Lucien....The man i have been hired to kill...The man i have chasing for years.. Slipped through my fingers again.." He punched a wall causing a huge hole grabbing his sword heading to the balcony and jumping to the roofs towards the forest "DAMN HIM" he screamed at the top of his lungs.

Leo grinned, grabbing a chair. "Well then, looks like Lance is playing guard duty for you then". He said jokingly.

Noelle watches Lance leave, "I didn't know Lance knew of Lucien." she looks at Leo, "No, that's not good.. Lucien knows of Lance now and neither of you know how his mind works. If he can use Lance to get to me, he will."

"Well then.." he said getting to his feet. "Shall we go after him?" he said with a wide grin on his face.

Noelle stands up, "Yes, we better. If he starts doing anything that will attract attention.."

Lance reaches the forest and slowly walks to the top of the hill that he had previously taken Noelle "AHHHH LUCIEN!!! " Lance took his sword and used incredible strength and his sharpened blade to cut through a small tree and knock it over "WHERE ARE YOU BASTARD!"

Alright then, Leo said leaping off the balcony running atop roofs. "Where do you think he could've gone?" he asked.

Cu had already taken to the forest at a run, and was following his nose to track down the mercenary.

Damn. If that idiot gets into trouble, I'm not fishing him out of it again... He reached the base of the hill and saw the two-tailed shadow at its peak, and gestured to Lance for him to come down.

Noelle also leaps off of the balcony and runs across the roofs as well behind Leo, "Since I don't hear any screaming from town, I would say the forest most likely."

"Hmm... Let's get a move on, I have a feeling trouble's brewing.." he said as he jumped off the last roof and landed in central plaza.

Noelle joins him in the plaza, her expression serious, "Yes, I have to agree. Lucien could be anywhere and anyone could be on his side."

Lance notices Cu but doesn't budge from his spot he simply looks over at him "Lucien.. Is the last face i remember seeing before the night i lost my group." Tears formed in his eyes as they turned red... "HE KNOWS WHAT HAPPEN TO THEM" Lance swipes his sword at another tree that clashes with a few others knocking them down.. "HE KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT!" Lance sliced another tree only for it to fall and hit him.. his eyes widened...The pain felt good to lance he smiled... "Hehe..I will sprall his body across the city for all those wasteful normal people to see that i am not to be messed with!! As he said that he started viciously swiping at the fallen tree "AAAAAHGHH!! LUCIEN!"
