I think you still had to pay to be trained and certified, but they sell magazine subscriptions by calling people on skype.

I get paid either way, as long as I'm there. I went by my work last night, met one of the new guys on the floor crew, he seemed pretty cool. Found out one of the guys I don't like on the floor crew might be getting fired.

Either being lazy or disposing of chemicals improperly. He's had a lot of offenses against him so he was on his last strike. He had hit someone with the scrubber (a big machine we use to clean the floor) caused a little kid to slip in water, his attendance was worse than mine.

Not a one time thing, drugs are all he talks about. But he was an idiot for mentioning it in front of Syric, right after we say he works for the Sheriff office. And yes, he bothers me so much I'd enjoy it if he was in jail.
