"During study and work I don't know if I will have time especially with me now making the treats and stuff for the cafe" he say quietly with a small yawn he was taking on so much to support himself and help his family, it was actually a wonder how he managed to function as well as he did "We only have this week off from classes then we have classes again, with homework and I still have two jobs to boot..." he sighed quietly remembering he also had a cosplay outfit he wanted to make for Ryou "I'll be fine without a dummy, I always have been" he say honestly, something however told him that his answer wouldn't be taken by the ever dotting Ryou.

Taking Ryou's hand he nodded "I think that wise, I need the sugar" he say looking down, he still didn't feel happy that he had to have sugar or collapse and black out, he felt like an addict with a habit he couldn't quit or he could potentially die and it didn't sit well with him it was easy to see "What color do you think we should get?" he ask quietly continuing to walk

"something that matches the room colour. The dummy is just to make adjustments on anyway. Don't need it if you have the real thing with you. Hmm I think dark pop should be the best. more caffeine too which means more sugar." Ryou said. "what's the room colour. Would something in a red or burgundy be good? I wonder."

Kyoshi moved with him still listening "I am not going to win this argument am I" he say with a small voice, he didn't want to argue with the other, so nodded in agreement he just had no idea how they would get it here as neither of them drove and he had no time to go on a bus. "Well our room is autumn red" he say with a smile "So perhaps a crimson or gold" he say thinking they would go well with the color in their bedroom. "Dark pop?" he ask his voice seeming confused

"ah. That's true. I'll be your model dummy then." Ryou chuckled. "yeah the darker ones like root beer and other ones have more sugar than sprite or something lighter. Alright. Let's look for something with a golden finish then." He was easy to please and didn't want to push about the dummy more anyway.

"Well you are the best dummy I could ask for since they are being tailored to fit your magnificent form" his cheeks blushing as he gave such a compliment to his partner, he turned a little so he could kiss Ryou's lips tenderly "I do so love you Ryou, and never wish to argue with you" he say sincerely before kissing his lips again deeply with passion.

"I never really drink soft drinks, normally I drink green tea sweetened with honey" he confess walking with him to stand in line to get their drinks "Think we could get a crimson one with a golden finish?" he inquire, he had no idea what was stocked in a mall so he asked Ryou to see what the chances where

"mhm I also have a pretty damn good figure too. I don't like arguing either. Reminds me of my parents." Ryou admitted before stroking Kyoshi's hair and pushing him in closer. Breaking off the kiss he wondered. "what does that taste like? I'm not one for green tea but I like other varieties." He thought as he looked around at the menu. "I like something with some spice in it. And I'm not sure. We'll find whatever they have. If there's nothing then the next business is close by."

Kyoshi chuckled a little at what he said about his figure “When I said form I was talking about your figure” he say with a happy face, though hearing his voices often argued the smile faded “I am sorry that you have to go through that” he say honestly as he was brought closer and his hair stroked, he felt at ease and loved by the older boy “Green tea sweetened with honey... it is a wonderful way to relax” he say looking to the menu and looking to the woman “Cinnamon spiced hot chocolate please...” he looked to Ryou “What would you like Ryou?” he say happily clinging to his arm “Also, if I am making a dress for myself then I am making you a suit to match... or I'm not making it” he say pouting, it just made him look cute

"I have no clue. You choose. I like pretty much anything." Ryou said as he couldn't decide from the menu. "I suppose that's fair. That would also shut them up when we get there too." He chuckled. He nuzzled Kyoshi a bit, not being able to control it since the pouting was just so adorable.

"Could I have another cinnamon spiced hot chocolate this one with whipped cream and a dash of chocolate and cinnamon dusting" he say with a smile giggled as he was nuzzled "We could go as a pair, but you get to choose the fabric I get to chose the color and style" he say nibbling on his neck a little taking out his money he smiled receiving the ten dollars change while the drinks where still worked on, he couldn't believe how expensive it was

"deal. And nothing scratchy like wool. Polyester is also iffy." Ryou kept thinking. "silk wouldn't be bad if it's not too much but it picks so easily too. That's better for bed. Maybe if we look at suits and something and see what they're materials are we might get an idea." He cringed slightly at so little Kyoshi got back. The pop would have been cheaper, but it was all the extra spices and whipping that made it expensive too.

Kyoshi smiled and took a dink of his hot chocolate smiling happily "That is what I needed" he didn't care how much it cost him at the end of the day if he needed it, he needed it after all it was to do with his health and this would keep him going for hours without causing any problems because of not being use to it

Walking back to where they where heading he smiled after thinking a moment "I think if you are wanting your suit to be made out of silk it would have to be organza it's is a sheer, thin, open weave fabric that is heavier and crisper than silk gauze or chiffon." he say like it was a well known fact "It has a smooth, flat finish, is strong and durable, and gets its stiffness from the tightly twisted yarns. Often it's used under a garment or as an overlay though it can be used to do both at the same time" just this showed he knew exactly what he was talking about "That dress I was admiring was made from chiffon" he say before taking another sip of his hot chocolate "Organza isn't overly expensive either" he would finish holding Ryou's hand once more

"hmm all right. We'll see though. I don't want anything that might show my parents if I'm cold or what they lack in the family jewels." Ryou chuckled. He took a sip of his. "mmm not bad. Might as well at least try the fabric before choosing though." He smiled, walking them to the bed department of the big store in the mall. "see anything yet?"

"I will make it tasteful and they will never notice..." he looked down and blushed a little "that area I can make it a little loose around the groin" he whisper "It's either organza or linen your choice they are durable and easy to work with... they fact your parents would likely approve is an added bonus" he already had an idea in mind of a nice white organza shirt with a black linen suit and black organza tie, he himself would like a nice ice blue or royal purple corset lolita organza and white lace dress he knew getting the fabric wouldn't be that much of a problem now he done two jobs it was finding the time to make it that would be the problem, but then there was plenty of time till christmas

"That is up to you, but I already have an image in my head" he smile with a gleam in his eye showing he wasn't joking "When we get home if I have the time I will draw a quick mock up so you can see" he suggest, it wouldn't take him more than half an hour to make a decent rendering of what he had thought up.

On entering the bedding store he looked around feeling like he was in a warehouse "I think I need a map, I'm going to get lost" he say keeping close to Ryou as he truly did feel like if he left his side he was going to get lost, his eyes where drawn to a nice crimson with gold finish silk bed set then he noticed the price tag "It's beautiful as it also has a beautiful phoenix embroidered on it with gold thread but it's three hundred and fifty dollars" he say looking to Ryou "Perhaps we should go somewhere else everything seems so expensive"

"hmm I think there's a few places not in the mall. They may be a bit cheaper." Ryou blushed a little at the loosening of the pants plan. "sounds good. I'll probably go with it even without the rendering." He smirked. He agreed to get out of the mall at the very least since it was definitely not cheap. "at least the fair is cheaper. games are $1-2 each depending." He never thought a store in the mall would be that much for a bed set. He'd pay $100 if that for the set not anything above $150.

As they where about to leave the store he stopped and seen the same thing that had been looking at but it was a fraction of the price, the only thing that seemed wrong with it was the packaging was a little banged up "That one is the exact same Ryou but only seventy-five dollars" he said picking it up it was easy to see it hadn't been opened anywhere "Why do people really care on how the packaging looks? It's going to be removed anyway" he say honestly

"I'm not sure but that's how things end up on clearance. Shall we get it if it has no other flaws?" Ryou smirked, wondering if they'd be allowed to test it out though if it was not opened previous then it should be fine. "though it should be fine if it wasn't opened." It would also save them a trip closer to the fair before they needed to be there.

Kyoshi studied the packaging a little more to see for any smaller flaws but as far as his eyes could see the packaging hadn't been tampered with. A shop assistant came and smiled to them both "Shouldn't you two be in school?" she would ask her voice wasn't accusing in anyway "Are you here looking for a present for your parents?" she ask even though this mall was for well off families she found it hard to believe that they would have the money to pay anything in the store.

Ryou moved behind Ryou defensively he did feel intimidated as he wasn't use to shop assistants approaching out of nowhere "We where looking for a new duvet and bedding set for our bed" the woman smiled "Such a good looking couple, you should enter the pageant to become the mall's king and queen for the year" she say with a smile taking the duvet set from Kyoshi "Oh this was to be further reduced... one moment" she looked at Ryou and winked walking off for a moment

After a few moments she came back with the original one that they had been looking at "A new duvet and four pillows to go with that set have also been sent to your dorm room, please give your best regards to your parents from Laurence" he say with a smile handing them the application form for the pageant also. Ryou would have easily known the name as the owner of the mall and a friend of his parents.

Kyoshi looked at Ryou confused holding onto the brand new duvet and pillow covers wondering what had just happened "R-Ryou?" his voice showed he was easily concerned and worried they had just been handed something and told they could go without paying for it

Ryou sighed as he forgot the family knew the owner of this shop. He told Kyoshi that and that they might not have no for an answer when the owner. He was almost as persistent as Kyoshi in not being able to pay and being bought things. It would be hard to get them to back out of giving his parents the bill. "is he around?" Ryou asked, wondering if he could come with at least a partial payment deal. It was better than his parents being sent the bill or something.

That would also make them feel a bit better as well. He also looked at the application, looking to Kyoshi to wonder if they should do something like that. He was thinking out the pros and cons. Cons were more serious as the school would see the cover as well.

The shop assistant stopped walking and turned looking to Ryou "Laurence is at the till" she say with a warm smile "I will get him for you one moment" her voice was what you would expect when talking to a customer and walked off to tell her manager that he had been asked for.

Kyoshi looked at the application form and red everything "Everything will be reduced to what they buy everything in for so roughly about sixty percent" he say contently reading more "stuff at the food courts would become free" he continue noticing how they would be given an array of clothing from what ever stores they wanting up for fifteen thousand dollars between them "Would you want to do this Ryou? We just need to fill in the application form and had it in with a picture of us being a cute couple... if we make it through that round then we just need to be voted as the cutest couple, runners up get one thousand dollars each" he say placing his head on Ryou's shoulder thoughtfully

Laurence approached them and smiled "Been a while Ryou hows school treating you this year so far?" he noticed Kyoshi clinging onto his arm and smiled "Your girlfriend would look cuter in a dress than in your clothes" he chuckled a little "While you are shopping for things for you both why don't you get her a dress" he say warmly as if one friend talking to another

"seems easy enough though it doesn't matter to me. I will if you want to." Ryou said honestly. It'd be nice then they could have a field day in the fabric shop in the mall that was there somewhere. He just didn't know where it was in the mall but there was one.

"Ah it's not bad I suppose." Ryou chuckled as he held onto Kyoshi. They could easily win at least the runner up prize surely. He chuckled as Kyoshi was called a girl again. He knew otherwise but decided not to dwell on the truth. "whatever 'she' decided I'm fine with." He chuckled, overemphasising she a little bit as he said it.

Kyoshi Looked to Ryou and smiled "I would like to, it would give us away to get the nice things we want here at a reasonable price" he say with a smile, knowing even Ryou didn't like the prices but it would give them a reason to come here more often. It was a nice place, and even the staff seemed friendly. Seeing the boy that looked only about twenty one years old he blinked a little finding it hard to believe someone so young could own a mall, though looked down submissively as the two spoke.

"So your parent's letting you stay off campus or is this one of these don't ask don't tell situations" which was pretty much code for they don't know so don't say a word "Well you have free rain of the mall today, got yourselves some cute outfits since you seem to have decided to join the pageant and even if you don't someone with such beauty shouldn't be wearing trousers" he say taking Kyoshi's hand and in an old fashion bow he kiss Kyoshi's hand making him blush lightly

Standing he handed Ryou a card "No limit, it's just a show of proof that you can have what you want and before you say anything think of it as a late birthday present" he say with a chuckle kissing Kyoshi's hand once more he went back to the till to help run one of the many business's he owned. Kyoshi's blushed once more "Quite the charmer, does he always do that?" he say pointing to the card in Ryou's hand

Ryou nodded for the latter. "pretty much the second one. I guess we could though we don't have all day here for today though that doesn't mean we can't stay an extra hour." Ryou chuckled as he watched his parents' friend being so formal. He was a little jealous but did nothing against it since it was innocent and he knew it was just a formality.

Ryou nodded. "Yeah he's also a close family friend so that's also why he's like that. About the rest...not sure. So what do you think? Shall we stick around for a bit then get everything shipped to the dorm or go now and get the bracelets? We have to buy em at the convenience store."

Laurence nodded "I understand, you'll both have to come over at some point for dinner... oh if you are on a date then hand it back tomorrow, I want you both to enjoy yourselves" he say as he walked off allowing them to be alone now.

"There was no reason to be so formal around me" he say blushing a little more "I think he's kind of cute and is a major charmer" he way speaking his mind "Well there is no harm for stacking around a little longer, the fair doesn't start for a few hours yet" he say with a smile hugging on to Ryou's arm once more "He wasn't serious was he? He'd lose money if he was" his voice showed disbelief on the matter

"He's also very straight so fooling him is pretty funny." Ryou chuckled once they were out of earshot. "all right. We can have lunch here since the fair doesn't start really til 1pm. But it goes on until at least 8pm too that's why the bracelets are better. Also he probably was and he can afford to lose out on money once in a while. He does know my family and most who do are as wealthy one way or another." He thought for a moment. "There's an arcade in here somewhere too and a fabric store is rumoured to be in here too."

"Very straight? As in straight as an arrow?" he would say trying to figure out the the analogy of what he meant by that sentence "Lunch sounds good, I just hope it doesn't cost as much as the drinks, but then I needed the sugar" he say with a smile, he was unsure on how anything was ans nothing was as it seemed around Ryou that was was obvious by his friends saying you can spend as much as you want on me for the next forty eight hours

"he only flirts with what he believes are girls." Ryou chuckled. "mhm whatever you feel like. I'm willing to eat anything at all. Pizzas or other things though you wanna watch them make stuff don't you?" He assumed, still thinking of dealing with deals with the card to not cost him too much. "yeah it was definitely loaded down with sugar."

Kyoshi's blush deepened as he heard about Ryou's friend only flirting with girls, he believed he must have good taste in women not because of his looks or anything just in general, being of his high station "Did you feel jealous Ryou when he kissed my hand?" he ask, he knew he had blushed both times

"I do not like fast food, the smell of the stuff makes my stomach twist. If it makes it easier so longs We both have the same thing I won't need to watch it being made I'll be nervous about it sure but, at least if I'm going to get sick so are you" his sea blue eyes looking around he smiled pointing to a cafe a few minutes walk "We could go there, cafe's aren't generally expensive and they do nice food" he say thinking it was a good idea but he had no idea if Ryou would prefare something different.

"Yeah that is the hot chocolate my brother normally gets me when I get this way because it keeps be going for about three hours which is more than enough to get from on side of the place I live to the other" he laughed a little "Or in tour case from your homes gate to the front door" his tone showed it was only in jest, but he had seen how many of the big houses around the area seemed to have a garden that stretched on for what seemed like an eternity

"a little. But not enough to react stupidly to him since I know what he's like and it's just a formality." Ryou said honestly as he blushed a little. "sounds good. Though not all fast foods are behind the counter in the kitchen. There are places you get subs. But I'm not sure about getting subs at most times from them cause you smell the food all mixed and it's gross sometimes." He said honestly. "cafe would be good."

Ryou shook his head. "Nah that's only those with a garden out front. Ours is within the house in a way, though still outside. More in the back than the front. But that's good hot chocolate then." He chuckled as he waited to see where Kyoshi wanted to go first. "eat or browse?"

"Ryou, he is quite charming in his formality. It brings out how handsome he is as a person" he say blushing a little more, he had never been treated in such a method and he found it quite refreshing experience than what he was use to. "No it isn't the fact they are prepared behind a counter, it is the smell that put's me off, that and the prices" he say honestly walking towards the cafe holding onto Ryou's hand "Why don't we pick up something light to go and come back for lunch after browsing" he would suggest normally by now they would have had a break in school to have a snack "Yes, the mix of the two sweetness's are good, it was because of this I first tasted cinnamon" he say honestly

"ah. sounds good. perhaps some cookies and coffee for me." Ryou smirked. "that seems light enough to browse around. The smells of grease and other things is not too appealing anyway. Too much gives me a headache" He said honestly as they headed for the cafe.

"I'd prefare a hot chocolate and a cherry muffin for a snack" he say with a smile, tilting his head noticing the smirk "What are you smirking about?" he ask, though his eye went down to the form they had be given "We need a cut picture Ryou..." he say quietly "I don't have any skirts or dresses, I only have one kimono" he say wondering how they would pull this off

"well we could use the card if need be. But the kimono does look good." Ryou chuckled. "ah just I haven't had coffee in a while and it makes me hyper that's all." He giggled. "not that cotton candy or fair foods won't either." He nodded as they got in line for the cafe. "sounds good too. Though the coffee will help me as well with staying awake after being up so early."

"Well if I am using my kimono, then we need to get you a male kimono and hakama, then we could go to the nice Japanese park nearby and have a picnic under a tree" he say with a smile, he thought it would be a good picture but even if not it could be another date later. "Coffee doesn't taste good to me, I don't know how anyone could drink it" he say shaking his head a little at the thought

"Getting up early, you woke up late" he say with a chuckle, but then again at the time he got up made a rooster seem like a late riser "You'll crash you know then we'll both be banged up" he say laughing not thinking it to much of a bad idea but still it would do them no good

"alright then. Let's get to looking at some fabrics then." Ryou teased as he got the coffee. He pitched in this time to help pay since Kyoshi did before and he didn't want him to be broke for their date. "It was still early for me." He shrugged. He preferred to stay up late and sleep in but knew that wouldn't happen until the holiday break. "I'll be fine since I don't crash easily."

"It would have to be silk, the material is light and it was what noblemen wore so nothing less would do for you Ryou" he say with a smile as he got his drink and his muffin "My kimono is actually made out of silk, the seamstress from the fabric store made it for me for being diligent" he say his voice was modest as he spoke about the reason he was given it "I wish I didn't crash easily" he say honestly walking along side him enjoying his hot chocolate

"silk is fine. I believe we look good in any fabric really." Ryou chuckled as he sipped at the coffee, constantly blowing on it to cool it off. The last thing he needed was a burnt tongue from hot coffee. "let's go look for possible complementary colours to match then if not the same."

"The reason Why I said silk is because of the scene we will be doing would make us look like a traditional young couple, and as my kimono is seven layers of silk it would be a wast of time putting you in cotton" he say taking another sip of his hot chocolate, how hot it was didn't seem to bother him as he never even bothered to blow on it "Well I'll go with three layer kimono, I think pink, white and perhaps yellow for my kimono" he say thoughtfully "So for you perhaps a blue, white, crimson, gold to compliment" he say just mentioning colors off hand

Though stopped tilting his head and smiled brightly "Though we could always go for sunset and sunrise colors, they are the two most romantic times of the day after all" he say thoughtfully, but it would all depend on what Ryou would want to do primary as he didn't mind making both outfits from scratch

"all right. It doesn't matter to me but whichever would be better for the photo." Ryou said as he finished off the coffee once it cooled to a steady warm. He liked when he could just chug it like a can of pepsi. "let's get going to that store then so we can decide which colours." He nearly dragged Kyoshi with him as he finally seen which store it was. "so this is where it is."

"Well how much work do you want me to put into it" he say with a chuckle finishing his hot chocolate and placed the cup into the trashcan as they passed "hmmm... well it says one minimum but I was thinking we could do a small portfolio to send in with out application. We have two months till the closing date and even if I only work on our clothing an hour or two a day I could still have four complete outfits for each of us done" he say letting out a sharp breath as he was dragged along unexpectedly "So we need material for one kimono in sunrise colors, material for two male kimono and hakama, one sunset colors, one to complement my kimono... then perhaps a modern, a Victorian and perhaps a cosplay?" he say thoughtfully as he walked into the store

"sounds good cause we still need to plan for the cosplay thing for the cafe too. Let's just go with that since you have a good plan." Ryou nuzzled into Kyoshi as he walked slower since they were there. There were tons of fabrics in order of material type. "that's a lot of silk...going to get it shipped over too?"
