I sure hope so! I have been doing nothing but staring at a screen fixing and re-fixing and designing and re-designing and drawing and editing for the past....I don't know. I think I started really focusing on it on tuesday, pulled an all-nighter thursday, spent all of friday doing it, and this morning got it printed and started working on the presentation. luckily, I have an amazing group that is willing to all buckle down and work on it together.
I really want to win the regional competition and go to New York. C: |

I was a good corporate spy and looked at a couple other groups' books. mine was best. everyone who I've shown the book to is seriously impressed with it. |

yeah. sometimes I feel like all the criticism my group got from our teacher was to make us better and push us over the edge. sometimes it just felt like he didn't get it and hated all our ideas. we seriously think he's bipolar, because every few days or every week or so, he changes his mind. he tells us he hates things he used to like, he tells us he likes ideas that he didn't like two weeks before. it's so confusing. @.@

It made me want to kill things, that's how hard it was lol. The dang thing that holds it all together broke when I was putting the last piece on, so I had to hot glue it XDX

we did our presentation today, and sitting through 4 of basically the same JCPenney presentation right before going ourselves wasn't particularly fun. :<
but after we did the presentation, my teacher came up to me and said, "your book was beautifully designed, good job with it." and we talked about how much better it was and how great it turned out compared to how it was a few weeks ago. he said that he would use my book as an example for future classes. it made me so happy. and I'm super relieved it's done. |
