<xD I think I'm allowed since I am not under English law.
x} I'm under 'Merican law. Which means I'm not allowed to share pictures of this. x'D |
haaaaaaa! i love it x'''D i didn't know mike pence liked margaritas
|
>x'D Lol!
He must be trying VERY hard to convince people that he doesn't. |
so how are you doing today? i slept all day so i am a bit wibbly
|
Maybe the planet is just wibbly.
|
hmmm, that is a distinct possibility, not necessarily likely but decidedly possible!
butterscotch is such a lovely flavor but i can only eat a little without getting ill |
I don't think I've had actual butterscotch, other than butterscotch flavored things. I'm a fan of caramel, and butterscotch sounds like it would be even better. Caramelized sweetened condensed milk is pretty good.
|
both are pretty good ^^
oQo oh man, i want caramel now.... but i don't want to get off my butt to go make it.....hrrn, choices, choices ;_; btw, i am liking how your avi is working out |
It looks super easy to make, but then on shows like Bake Off it seems it always wants to crystallize. I've never made any before. Make me some? I don't have the ingredients since I don't usually have sugar around, or any sweet things in general.
Thanks, I keep trying to work on it but keep running out of time. |
eh, it is dirty utensils, dirty bowls and not paying attention. the first time is often a mess but after that it comes naturally. just follow the instructions and it is fine ^^ i recommend small batches though just in case
i made cinnamon crisps instead |
I made snickerdoodles a few days ago.
B] Softbaked, how I like. But now they're all hardened and crumbling. <B[ Now they're snickerdo-not-wants. |
Nice pun!
Maybe they can be used for something else, like ice cream. I should learn how to bake things, but I have an aversion to cooking in general. |
>.> Baking from scratch is a lot of work.
Sifting. Rolling. Mixing. Cutting. Powdering. Coloring. Decorating. All of that is tough. >~> I saw it every Christmas in my grandma's house. But if you get like the pre-cut, already measured out frozen dough for cookies, <B] All you gotta do is put them on a baking sheet and pop 'em in the over for like 10 minutes. Easy baking. |
I generally avoid sweet things though. I'd like to come up with my own variation of protein bars or balls that is easy to digest and has my preferred macros, but a lot of the ingredients wind up being pricey.
|
i like crispy flaky pastries. soft ones just are not appealing in most cases
but if it is everything but cooked then why not buy it pre-packaged? all the downsides are there why add one more? .....i see no problem with enjoying a good pair of protein balls for breakfast |
I hear they're good any time of the day. I wouldn't know, though.
|
._.;....e-eggs??
|
i can assure you they are good whenever :D
sure, mer, eggs x''D speaking of eggs; i've gotten my motherinlaw into eating them by randomly frying eggs. it helps me to encourage her to eat food that isn't all trash so i am happy |
>u> Eggs are good. Eggs are protein.
Eggs are shaped like balls. o-O granted, very weird balls, not very spherically symmetrical, but still balls...that can very easily break. :/ ...e-e; Is that a dead thanksgiving chicken in the desert there?? |
Eggs are tasty. <3
|
eUe Yes they are!
<x] I just like them hard boiled, scrambled and over-easy though. |
Yay for MIL eating better things!
I love eggs in just about any form. I'd like to try goose eggs. But they are pricey. |
O-O Hekk. Goose eggs???
I've tried quail eggs hardboiled before, e_e; but they're weird. They're like regular eggs but really tiny and kinda watered down. <x} If that makes any sense. xD |
i like grilled quail eggs<3 boil them bad bois and put them on a kebab skewer and toast that lovely stuff<3<3
yus~ better fried eggs than ready salted crisps with a side of popcorn and topped off with a red/yellow popsicle i mean, it's not a dead easter lamb?? |
From what I've heard, goose eggs have a nice flavor. Although I doubt it's all that different. I've tried finding turkey eggs, but even at the farmer's market they don't seem to be available.
Do you shell them before toasting them? Quail eggs seem like they would be harder to shell. Toasted eggs in general sounds like it would be worth trying. |
yeas, you want to toast the white of the egg not the shell since it is char flavour and not heat that is the desired outcome ^^
eeh, they are a little fiddling the first time or two but truthfully i have damaged less quail eggs than i have hen eggs when deshelling |
*eyes chocobo's avi suspiciously*
>w> hmmm. Are you right behind me chocobo?? It's a lovely full moon tonight, and it's juuuust out of the way of all the fireworks. x'D |
it is less of a where than a when. come back in four days XD
|
0.0 Wooo, messin' with the fabric of space and time??
xD Nice! |
How much would the fabric of space and time cost per yard?
|
hey, hey, everyone listen to this;

<xD Hehehehehe
it reminds me of the first time I heard the medieval version of the Coffin Dance. Love it. |
I'm allergic to eggs :(
BUT I love the bardcore, I've been listening to it quite a bit lately. :D |
so i am the last one to the party x''D
i haven't even heard the original coffin dance, oops! do you know if bandcamp has any bardcore with lyrics? i have no idea how to look for it and i don't have a soundcloud(which is where everyone seems to be at) |
I guess..... Yeah. You're late, chocobo. :P
Hahaha. I also have not heard the original coffin dance. :c But I'm not super interested in hearing bardcore songs that I'm not familiar with their originals. |
<U< I'm more of a synthwave sort of listener, but I like to familiarize myself with the original versions of the songs too.
^_^ |
I'm a sucker for medieval music.
Might I suggest "Come Again" by John Dowland. The best version, IMHO is the cover by Sting. I would also suggest "In Aboris" by Phillipe De Vitry. |
The bardcore seems to be pretty good. I'd be interested in more original songs than pop covers. I tend to like music that blends different styles. Can't really call it fusion though, since that mostly applies to jazz.
|
i don't know any of that, ava x''D i am musically illiterate hahahaha
original stuff is a pretty mixed bag though. with covers there is a baseline of quality since part of the work is already finished by someone who you know is competent |
When I was in online high school, I took a music history class and I heard loads of amazing medieval, baroque and renaissance music. ;u;
I think that was when I first fell in love with those styles. Most of the medieval music or renaissance music or lute music I listen to is from what I had listened to in the class. |
