Well, my first comment felt "enough about me", so that's mostly why. But I'm trying to make masks for my father when he goes back to work. But keep running into issues with my mother's sewing machine and no experience of my own. Has lead into a long process of maintenance and figuring out tension and trying to find parts that are actually in stock.

oh golly, i suppose hand-stitching and fabric glue will not do? it's a lot slower but it is better than nothing at all i suppose

I mean, I could try that way. But may as well try to do it well and learn something along the way. I'll probably learn the hand sewing method too, depending on how things go.

My favorite hobbies are drinking water, ignoring my phone, and writing from time to time. Actually wrote a bit today. :T Kinda glad I did. I'm working on something I titled "All One Together", and it's about a world where people who have gone through abuse or trauma or suffer from something in their life like PTSD or Physical Disability, have these demon creatures that watch over them and I call them "Scardians." >U>; I dunno, I feel like it's dumb, but I'm writing it in the hopes that I can sort of just express creativity and try to heal myself by getting my characters to interact with one another and work with their Scardians to build their gardens of healing.. |
Merskelly, if I'm being super honest right now...
That actually sounds like a really badass story! Like... I think it could actually have a really big impact not just on those who have PTSD or physical different-bilities but also those who maybe have a loved one going through it.. Having PTSD myself, it can definitely feel as though I'm being haunted by some demon or nefarious spirit. I'd be very, very interested in reading a story like that! I think it would be very powerful to read! And it would likely help others who are going through the same thing. |

Well, so far, I've written only 3 chapters, and they include only my first two characters... but, if you want to read it, <:} it's in my Files of Wordstuffs right here on Trisphee...I think, under Works In Progress (April 4th specifically) I'll need to update it with my chapters though... /:T and I should also add and mention there's a slight TW for anyone who has suffered through sexual violence/abuse/assault, as well as the theme of suicide. Still, I'm trying to get the rough bits of it out of my head and into chapters. <:T It's hard since I'm a perfectionist and am usually unhappy with what I write and constantly pull myself back to change everything. But, yeah, <:] if you wanna read it, and sort of imagine it as an alternate world parallel to ours, you can, if you like. |

no idea, this isn't really my strong suite, i can't say period bleeding is the same as bladder bleeding despite the proximity and colouration of both, hahahaha
why not do something you know will get you yelled at and do it for a lark? if you are going to get yelled at regardless than you don' lose anything by doing it! anything you do can only be a net gain! |
