Yeah, it was not really that hard. You just gave it a little bit of flour each day, a healthy shake, and you make a loaf every two or three days.

I was watching a cooking show, and this woman had kept a yeast dough for 44 years and she still had it. oxo

there are places with +100 year old dough, it is crazy

Really crazy. It kind of grosses me out, though I know it is a living creature and it just fermenting on its own.
