Yeah she bites in two occasions: when someone gets too close to her parents/ when someone stops petting her. Sometimes you can still be petting and she'll get mad if you look away.

It sounds like she's training the humans to be her slave. If she gets pets after the biting, it would be rewarding the behavior and encouraging her to do it more.

My sister says we have to ignore her when she does that T^T because she does a lot of stuff for attention.

Some toy breeds do that, even when they're fixed. Maybe pheromones or instinct triggers it. Does she need one of those pillows with anime charactersas a friend?
