I think it's sort of an "at your own risk" thing. If the item happens to be glitched and has to be removed, I don't think you're reimbursed for the aurum spent on it.

But, I don't really mind that at all because I'll be posting a lot and buying very little anyways.

Didn't see anything. They said they were looking for broken items but not that we can't buy them.
