The eyes aren't attached, but they're meant to go with the set. The purple scar behind her eye is Eye of Adam, though. It's a feature the avatar wears with everything.

Earlier today I was selling common items so that I could get the stuff for the avatar to be a green unicorn. Then I got the lamb poncho from the crane game, and the green unicorn came off faster than a blink.
