I always thought kilts were more of a scottish thing.

It was invented by the Scottish but the Irish adopted them in their culture, so its also an Irish thing.
The Irish wore them to show their celtic pride when England tried to assimilate us to British norms and made everything cultrually Irish illegal.

I do have a wishlist, but you really should reconsider leaving. How about a few weeks hiatus instead? Nobody forces you to go on Tris when you're not interested, but people would miss you if you never ever showed up again.

i took a month off then another three weeks of attempting to post and not feeling it. at this point i am too old and too tired for casual bigotry and i very much no longer feel like contributing to the site. it devalues me as a person.
