My teacher seemed fine with it when I mentioned completely changing my topic to foods. She has my research questions and new bibliography right now. Hopefully I can meet with her on Monday, though everyone else also wants to meet with the teacher when there's a term paper xD!

Yeah, they are migraines, I have worked hard to figure out the triggers,so far its stress and red wine! hahaha
I feel a lot better, I have been trying to be more mindful of my environment.

Caffeine gives me hella migraines

so one is easy to avoid and the other not so much X''D

I have given up chocolate, all carbonated drinks, of course all wine.
Keeping my stress level down by mindfulness breathing. Seems to be working, oh yeah and the weirdest one of all, I have been using a heating pad on my entire head at night. That seems to be helping the most.
