what's really wrong is that they didn't call me to be jubilee in the movies

Espy 09-19-2018 01:09 AM

Isn’t Jube Asian?

mdom 09-19-2018 11:43 AM

and what am I??
wait, you've never seen me
sure, I'm Japanese and not CHinese, but at least I'm not ScarJo

Espy 09-19-2018 01:36 PM

/oh/ I did not know that. Sorry :x

mdom 09-19-2018 02:59 PM

hehe it's ok
I'm from Brazil sure, but Brazil had heavy Japanese migration like, a century ago

Biomecha 09-19-2018 03:17 PM

Are there a lot of things that blend the 2 cultures? Like here, there's Viet-Cajun food.

mdom 09-19-2018 03:23 PM

please don't get me started in the abomination of sweet sushi

Viet-Cajun food as hella good.

...Sweet sushi sounds terrifying.

Biomecha 09-19-2018 03:31 PM

That does look, not so appetizing. But I always like the idea of things when they are a hybrid between styles/cultures/etc.

mdom 09-19-2018 03:33 PM

Brazil likes to ruin things. Why did they have to do that to poor sushi D: there's also sushi-pizza
WHY

Biomecha 09-19-2018 03:48 PM

Maybe it can be done right, with the right ingredients? Although it would probably have to deviate pretty far from the sushi aspect.

mdom 09-19-2018 08:42 PM

pizza crust
cheese
sushi on top
that's it
disgusting

Biomecha 09-19-2018 09:16 PM

Hmm, they should have changed up the other parts to be more complimentary.

Espy 09-19-2018 09:35 PM

Hmm...but imagine: rice pizza crust, spicy mayo, diced tuna/salmon sashimi, some salmon roe or tobiko, a bit of seaweed salad, some thin cucumber slices, and some egg, topped off with shredded nori and furikake.

mdom 09-19-2018 09:46 PM

That sounds way too gourmet to come from Brazil

Biomecha 09-19-2018 11:07 PM

I'd like to try it. Although I'm not familiar with a couple of the ingredients.
