Hey Silverbleed.

It isn't a bug to be fixed what so ever. It is just the wings being supper big and as the skirt is an item on the front of the avi it is where it is supposed to be. I can not layer more than the back of it on a different layer right now. I apologize that its an inconvenience but there is nothing to be fixed about it. Be granted if we ever get more options on where the item layers on the avatar I may be inclined to work with the skirt but at the moment the system has no fix for it unless you want the whole skirt behind your avi.
