I say screw calorie counting.
Just cutting out sodapop and a bunch of greasy sugary foods works... Until you cave and binge on a 2L of soda, a bunch of chocolate, and a box of cookies.... Oh, and birthday cake. I went from 255lbs at the end of August down to 230 by the start of October... Then failed miserably and binged. |

well i don't drink soda pop, or greasey foods, or sugary foods. >.> i was just sitting at 200 lbs for 4 years no ups or downs. SO i had to do something desperate to get a change. and it finally paid off!

I eat way too much junk foods and such. I haven't been drinking as much soda as I used to, so that helped.
Still sitting around 200 lbs myself. 200 seems to be the big trouble spot for a lot of people I know. |

Yep, that is how I feel. Too lazy to work it down, and at a decent weight where I can keep eating the same and not gain more. Very trapped myself.

i'm enjoying what i'm doing to get it off though. as a bonus its helping me make sure i eat throughout the day cause i have a problem with forgetting to eat ^^:; and i get VERY CRANKY if i don't eat. and whiny...

Yes, eating throughout the day is good.
I tend to get headaches and get cranky too when I do not eat. |

i'm only losing weight because i want my old pants and shirts back. xD they don't make my style in my size. :3 or rather.. in current clothing trends. i like hip huggers and flares those just don't exist anymore. .

I went to the store with my mom earlier today.
We did some Christmas shopping as well as grocery shopping. When grocery shopping, we got a lot of snack foods. >_< |

Bahah. Yeah, that sucks. 9years ago (starting highschool) I was a size 13-14. Im sitting at size 18 now, have been for the last 3 years or so.
So hard to find jeans that fit right... Either they sit too low, or they're super baggy through the space between hip and thigh. Which just looks weird. And losing weight everywhere EXCEPT my stomach and thighs is a pain in the ass. Like, i can feel my ribs, but then theres all this muffin top. Not much ass, but theres thunderthighs Like what the hell is wrong with my body? Why cant it hold the fat proportionately? |
