Yeah, the dreams were cool.
But the other part was a bother. I'm too blah feeling to want to shower, but if I'd been in the shower when building staff wanted in? They'll just unlock the door and come in. Not answering isn't an option. |
That seems a bit strange to me. Like..I can understand them coming in without you letting them in if they made you aware they were coming. But...without prior warning? That feels dangerous if someone was living alone.

there's a lot that is wrong about the place she lives in, serra @___@
and fyi, kitties got food yesterday. can't pay one of my bills now, but *shrugs* i'd rather have the late fee than my cats go without noms :( and sister (the one visiting, not the one i live with) took me to find a pet food container at gordman's (again, dunno if that's a thing on the east coast, but it's a store that is slightly like ross or tg maxx. clothing, household items, some food stuff, toys, decor, etc etc.). they didn't have anything, but i picked up a matching purse to the one my mom got me a few years ago at the other one. it's in the shape of a fox head xD the one my mom got me is orange and this one is the exact same but grey. so cute :P and i got a 3-pack of tsum tsum figures. it had a tiny mad hatter and a large nick wilde (zootopia fox) and a medium mystery figure which turned out to be jack skellington. i'd say that was a great pack! i should have gotten one of the other ones too. they had one with a tiny judy (zootopia bunny) and a large zero, but i was already getting everything else in the world >__< OH finally got a gotham steel pan. been wanting one of those for years. you're suppose to be able to cook eggs on it and they'll just slide off without using oil or butter. in the tv ads, they show melted cheese in it, bubbling away....and it just slides out without scraping. you can even put it in the oven and bake in it xD we have issues with frying up eggs and stuff and i figure we might as well grab it while it's cheaper, you know? |
yay for going out with other sis ^^
|
Mom's been on a cleaning frenzy lately... she found china belonging to her mom, so we're going to use it.
|
Lots of treasure finding going on with you guys.
Yeah, Serra. It's a subsidized place. And it's getting more and more like an institution every year. |
*curls up and yawns* i hate waking up and not being able to get back to sleep...which is what happened this morning at 1am >__<
|
1 am is very early to wake up :O
|
Hey, Tam, do people really do this?
|
-regularly stays up to 1am when I probably shouldn't-
But I agree that's too early to wake up if one did not go to sleep before 6pm ^^; And Den, are you referring to pouring maple syrup on a bed of sugar? :s-drool: |
Yup. I've seen TWO videos today on it. and one was trending at #26.
|
What? Pour maple syrup on snow? Yeah. It's a thing. I can't tell you what it tastes like, because I have to be paid large amounts before I'll eat maple syrup.
|
For some reason the thing started in the middle so I didn't realize it was snow. that makes a LOT more sense.
I'd totally do that because I love maple syrup. I would also do it with sugar instead, if that were an option. |

the video also started in the middle for me xD my mom told me stories of being a child and pouring syrup on snow to make "candy", so idk about canadians, but it was done here in the 50s by at least one family xD
on an off-note, love simply nailogicial. she's hilarious xD and menchi <3 (forget the name of the other cat that is camera shy) |
It's pretty common here, especially for tourists in maple syrup producing areas of Canada.
Den, the stuff's just too sweet for me. I'd rather eat the maple seeds. |
