I'd put more brown spread throughout the avi; break up the large spaces of black with brown, sky, and white.

I have black-out curtains. They're great. I never get woken up by the sun anymore. I used to only have filter curtains, and I hated it- since my window faces East.

My window also faces east but I sleep better in daylight than I do in the dark oddly enough. xD
My bed has my face not facing the window but I have my computer desk on the same wall as the window so it can be blinding in the mornings if I am on the PC.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 02:32 PM

Oh hey, my window faces east too! But our bed faces west so the sun coming in isn't that bad.

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 02:37 PM

My room sucks and I got no clue where it's furniture is facing to lol.
All I know is I placed this at where it was possible in my 2mx2,5m room >_>; It's just big enough for my bed, and my desk (that isn't even 1 meter width).

Fulkth 11-04-2010 02:38 PM

I figure East is the direction the sun rises. And West is the other way.
Though it's kind of harder to tell north from south I think.

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 02:46 PM

Oh, then my window probably faces West and my best somwhere to South or North xD

Fulkth 11-04-2010 02:52 PM

Hmm, I'm not doing much, but posting for gold at the moment.

And holy cow, it looks like it's going to rain!

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 03:00 PM

Oh no, how horrible!

It's been raining here for a week xD
Took me one hour and a half extra to get home.. stupid trains. They can't handle frikkin' leaves.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 03:06 PM

It's usually nice and sunny here with blue skies and white clouds...so it's odd that the sky is gray and ominous.

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 03:08 PM

Opposite here, it's pretty rare to be sunny or hot. Oh well, I'm used to it xD Maybe it's good cause I can't handle too much sun.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 03:28 PM

I don't like sunny either because it hurts my eyes.

But that's why I stay inside with air conditioning. XD

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 03:29 PM

Yeaah and for sunglasses I'd need to buy special ones cause I wear glasses, or wear contact lenses. Right now I don't have those special ones cause of the few sunny days we've got.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 03:30 PM

They're not that expensive. Only like $20 I think.

My hubby used to wear glasses, but then he got eye surgery so I think he donated his.

Damies 11-04-2010 03:31 PM

I wanna move to a house we have been looking at for ages and the room I would have would have a north facing window I think. I just have to hope it is still on the market when we get our loan approval info....

Fulkth 11-04-2010 03:34 PM

It shouldn't go anywhere what with how the economy is going, especially the housing sector. If you live in America that is.

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 03:38 PM

The housing sector is a world wide problem, trust me. It's not just America.
However the economy of America has huge effects on the rest of the world (like Europe) and that's pretty creepy.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 03:42 PM

Well, it's like the ecosystem I guess. A giant web that is all connected.

Damies 11-04-2010 03:52 PM

I do live in the states and the house we want has been on the market for ages but they keep reducing the price on it, right now they are only asking 39,000 for it. Which is really low all things considered. But my loan is through the USDA and they may not let up get this particular house because of the one thing that is wrong with it. It has no well.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 03:58 PM

Wow, it is so cheap!
Does this place have running water?

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 04:00 PM

Wow 39,000 for a HOUSE? What the HECK!

Fulkth 11-04-2010 04:08 PM

I know. Normal houses usually go for 200-300k now. O.O

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 04:16 PM

Pff 'normal' houses are 400k here. Cheap ones are 200k, and there's the more expensive kind, about 600k. It makes no sense. They sky rocket like insane.

It's well is dry, it's estimated that the original well was 500 feet and currently the water table there is declining about 3 feet per year and it's been dry for 2-5 years now if I remember right,
The guess is the well will need top be drilled another couple hundred feet if not a new well entirely drilled in a different place on the property.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 04:20 PM

Those are pretty crazy prices. Frickenn quarter million to half a million+?

*dies*

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 04:24 PM

Yeah this one I live in now was 750k-800k (wtf did the dollar drop or something.. yes I think is has... or the euro rised... I use xe.com) when we bought it.

Damies 11-04-2010 04:25 PM

Our house is currently worth 35k, we owe 40k on it. -__-

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 04:27 PM

Buuuuuut I have to add our houses are completely made out of brick and such. American houses are less solid than ours because of the structure how it's build. I mean, in many houses in America you can literally fall through the wall if you fell.

In the villa in Italy where I've been last week for holidays the walls are 40 cm thick O__o (15,7 inch)
Ours are about 10 cm thick.

Fulkth 11-04-2010 04:29 PM

I think the house my parents live in is like 300k?
But right now, my husband and I live in a crummy duplex. XD

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 04:38 PM

Cool. Jurassic Park 2 on tv

Damies 11-04-2010 04:38 PM

The house we want is almost 3,000 square feet if you include the basement, It would be the biggest house I have ever lived in. And it is on almost 2 acres..It's just so ideal for mom and I. ; A;

Fizzyology 11-04-2010 04:58 PM

>.> House talk? :O I'm stuck living at my Mom's house ;o;

LadyCopperFoxx 11-04-2010 05:00 PM

-Rolls around-

Fizzyology 11-04-2010 05:02 PM

Having fun there Copper? lol

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 05:04 PM

I also still live at my parent's home, since it's much cheaper.
Once I can afford it myself I might try it... or move in somewhere with my boyfriend. I don't like living all on my own.

Fizzyology 11-04-2010 05:05 PM

Who does? :/ I got married and moved out but then my Husband neglected to tell me about his 4k college debt he's in so we couldn't handle all the stress from bills and such and moved back in ^-^;

LadyCopperFoxx 11-04-2010 05:09 PM

Nah. Just bored.

Fizzyology 11-04-2010 05:13 PM

Play a game? :O or maybe multitask and be on more then one avi site at a time? I'm on here and Ernya right now lol

Silverbleed 11-04-2010 05:16 PM

I'm watching tv while I'm on here xD Jurassic Park was on. Always fun to watch.

LadyCopperFoxx 11-04-2010 05:20 PM

I'm on 3 right now, and this computer doesn't have any games on it. I'm not wasting space and making it be all slow.

Fizzyology 11-04-2010 05:22 PM

Silver: I used to do that, but when we moved back in, out TV ended up on the opposite wall from the computer, so it kills my neck to try it XD

Copper: Most games won't slow your computer down :3 Unless you're talking about sims3 lol. Sims2 will slow the computer down when you have all the expansion packs, but unless you computer is brand new with four effing cores of memory, Sims3 will KILL it lol
