Rainy, you need to make the habit of going to bed early for school hours, dear. I don't want you to feel drained waking up early to get dressed and eat breakfast and goes off to school. If your headache is bothering you. I may suggest to go to bed and try at least to sleep. Or put something cold on your forehead while you are resting your eyes. That's what I normally do when I have it as I'm trying to sleep. I hated when I start having an headache and I always goes to the kitchen and get some ice packs or frozen veggies bag and wrapped it with the damp towel to feel nice on my eyes and forehead. x3
