it's apparently a very bad muscle strain, I'm to rest, apply heat and cold, and take tylenol...so all the stuff I've been doing.

yeah, it's just going to take time, and I'm supposed to wrap/immobalize it...but I worry my corsets are too much compression

I'm in no pain today, at all, the resting part really does help. and if I reeeeeeeally need i can take some of shibas anti inflamitories(somethign that was suggested, but I admitted I'm bad about eatting large meals regularly)

I usually get in a fast breakfast and a good dinner, but that's about it

I eat once I get home that is about noon. Then pass out from being up most of the night then eat something small when I wake up then back to bed then repeat for the next day. So I really don't know what its sometimes I'm so tired I forget to eat and only eat a meal once a day. >_<;;; I am the manry-est of men! |
