Its cooked and mashed chickpeas, with a variety of spices and such added. <3 It can be used as a veggie dip, or simple spread.

It tastes AMAZING.
Its a lot healthier than using stuff like mayo [even though I use fat free miracle whip], when you make sammiches and wraps and stuff. I absolutely love ittttt. |
