I was unaware Ginger was an insult/offensive term...Ginger is a color in reference to hair, nothing else...And I'm assuming by his reaction/obvious offense, that he himself is a Ginger...HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT!!!...ALL of our Ginger friends call themselves Ginger and I have yet to meet a Ginger that finds it offensive...I mean really...It's not like I'm calling them soulless hell demons or something...grrrrrrr...it's people like that who try to talk down to you like "OMG SHE JUST CALLED ME THE WORST THING POSSIBLE!"...It kind of makes me want to punch them, in the face...I mean seriously...

I use that word but only around friends that dont mind me using it... bc we have a connection from back in elementary school... And they know i dont use it offensively.

You learn something new everyday...I don't take offense to being called slightly derogatory terms for short people, but then again, I've found that if I call myself them, no one else will in an offensive manor cause it obviously doesn't matter...Although I do take offense to anyone else calling me something along the lines of 'chunky/pudgy/fat/large/overweight/obese/anything else along those lines'...I nearly punched the shit out of a guy who literally called me fat to my face when I was already having a bad body issue day...
