HM yeah, maybe we can think of it like leaving all bad feelings and energy behind.

That's how I've been thinking of it. Left behind quite a lot of emotional baggage.

Hard to be nice when one feels down. I won't hold it against you.

So saying, I myself feel the need to apologize in advance when I go off my meds in a week, because I worry I will get a little bitchy myself ^^;
