i exorcise oxo its the only thing i can do.
people keep saying "eat this eat that" yea.. that costs money |
hahah i hear ya! the only thing i get is lettuce... other then that i count calories! if it is in my cal limit i am good to go! like right now i eat about 1458 calories a day... and i am five foot two inches with 113 pounds. You calculate how much you need to maintain your normal weight then subtract 500 calories from it. getting your final total! that and i try adn stay away from bad foods, like chips!
Also need to eat every three hours or so.... |
i'm not gonna count calories =/ i'm just going to exorcise.. its working so far so i'm good

i think so too! what do you do for your work out? i want to start excercising but it's hard for me to get up and do it. I have asked batty a thousand times, and i get nothing from her...

I do squats, curl thingies, lunges and i do this walk thingy that i have on dvd |
oh maybe i should look into DVD.... does it really help you out?
