Sleeping for ten hours and still feeling like shit after you get up.

Better than 3 hours.

Doesn't matter how much I sleep, I can never not feel tired.

And tbh, I haven't been sleeping well the past few nights. The bed stays just about as cold as it is when I first get in.

I havent slept well in 8 months. Granted my reasons are different.

I'm too worried about...certain things...to sleep well. Hope you problems get better...?
