I was teaching myself very slowly for a few years before I got to take a real class. I was so excited when I learned my college offered Japanese classes XD .... Then while I was taking the class I realized I knew next to no vocab words and was using some particles wrong o.o
But I was good at reading and writing kana! XD

xD I wish I had the money to take classes =(

I.. will stick with Japanese Pod 101 for now. its been very effective so far

"-maru" is a popular ending for a boy's name. A lot of (minor) characters in InuYasha and anime in general have -maru endings.
