Green guy? I don't really know all the names, just BumbleBee, Hotshot, Optimus, Megatron, and StarScream. The others I have trouble remembering their names, mostly because I never watched the original shows and have only seen bits of Beast Wars but loved what I have seen of it.

The one Tam and I are talking about is the big one that's modeled after his voice actor, John Goodman. There's another green guy in Age of Extinction, but he's also got a lot of black to his paintjob.

*nod* I'm talking about the beardy bot!

No way does that name fit him. LOL

Nope. Not in the least. What we call him fits a lot better. And he totally stole the show. But I'm not complaining, because he was pretty entertaining. :)

Tam I am 05-02-2016 02:56 PM

"My fat *aft* is stuck."

Lawtan 05-02-2016 03:48 PM

Sooo...
This is interesting

(Possible ick - it is a modular organism)

...I was looking up how the Thing could semi-realistically work. Short answer is that its proposed method - a parasitic plant/virus - couldn't, as things like plant cell walls make such things incompatible. And endoparasites (skin based) work more like warts for people (though they can force things like extra limbs on simpler creatures)...hmm...

Also, Underwater Robot repair snakes!

ml1201 05-02-2016 10:36 PM

Oh, I saw that before Law, it was creepy. o.o;

Lawtan 05-03-2016 12:20 AM

The Thing? Yeah...sort of one of the better "Science Fiction Horror Monsters that break modern Science"

Or the Modular organism bit? I may actually use that to explain one of my creatures (it's more humorous/less horrific)

The snake is just cool.

Den 05-03-2016 12:47 AM

*flops uselessly in the corner* I was driving around most of today. Got some key pieces for my FCBD costume...

The modular thing, its like a moving hunk of flesh and makes me think of zombies. .-.

Tam I am 05-04-2016 02:14 PM

I'm wibbly right now because of this. North-central Alberta hasn't got hurricanes or earthquakes, but we can still lose whole cities in hours.

Lawtan 05-04-2016 03:26 PM

O.O

*Hopes for Tam's saftey*

...Oil sands industry + wildfire...I am not sure that will go down quickly...
"O.O"

And ml1201, Tam was talking about the underwater snake-cleaner, not the modular organism...

Den 05-04-2016 04:56 PM

*cuddles Tam, then wraps her in cooling packs*

ml1201 05-04-2016 10:43 PM

Oh, I thought everyone was talking about that organism thing. ^^;

Lawtan 05-05-2016 11:28 AM

*Lawtan hopes Tam is okay*

Tam I am 05-05-2016 04:06 PM

Tam is okay. Edmonton is several miles from Fort Mac. It's where many Fort Mac residents have come to get away from the fires. And this morning it rained a little bit here in Edmonton, so Tam's not melting as badly as she had been.

Den 05-07-2016 04:51 PM

The smoke from Canada blew down here so now it's hazy.

Tam I am 05-07-2016 05:11 PM

I'd apologize, but apparently BC's burning too.

Strongarm is mean.

Den 05-08-2016 12:01 AM

So, today was FCBD... the place I was at for art stuff had a costume contest...

trystan830 05-08-2016 12:08 AM

oooh, very cool, Den!

*Just wants Tam to stay safe*

And interesting picture, Den. :D
Is that you? (clothes me of gear we wear around the barn...or of "Spaghetti Westerns")

I was putting down tile yesterday.

I'm safe! From everything except biting myself as I eat and kicking doors at church and giving myself purple toes.

yeah, that's me. I was dressed up as Rodimus' holoform :)

ml1201 05-10-2016 10:12 PM

I actually thought you had dressed up as a guy from a martial arts manga/anime. o.o;

Tam I am 05-11-2016 02:31 PM

This picture makes me laugh till it hurts.

Den 05-11-2016 05:37 PM

Naw. I was Rodimus Prime's holomatter avatar. though my hair didn't achieve quite the volume I was hoping for...

Full-body shot under the spoiler. Next time, I'll wear boots, not Vans. My Achilles' tendons were sore a few hours into the day.

ml1201 05-11-2016 10:15 PM

Yes, I saw you mention that. XD Still think his design is of a martial arts fighter, but that's cool. XD

Den 05-12-2016 01:57 AM

It's actually based on both Judd Nelson's character in "The Breakfast Club" and Marty McFly. lol I made a joke upon seeing the comic page for the first time of "Hey, Rodimus, the 80s called, they want their clothes back."

Tam I am 05-12-2016 06:55 PM

Know what? Not being able to get enough O2 really, really stinks.

ml1201 05-12-2016 10:25 PM

Oh! Now see, I've never seen any of that so it went right over my head. ^^;

Den 05-13-2016 07:13 PM

We had a 4.82 meter long branch fall this afternoon. It hit my car.

The branch

The damage

ml1201 05-13-2016 09:28 PM

It looks like only a few scratches, that's pretty good for you since there's a chance it could have broken the windshield.

Tam I am 05-14-2016 06:50 PM

It also wiped the bird poop off the car for her.

Tam I am 05-26-2016 06:59 PM

Please forgive the double post, but I just had to share the making of the Transformers cake.

ml1201 05-27-2016 09:19 PM

Blocked in my country. =(

Tam I am 05-28-2016 04:31 PM

Dude, even just something as simple as having underpants can save lives.

Natsunaine 05-30-2016 03:52 PM

*falls out of wheelbarrow* opph!!! I have been natsunapped.
