no.. she borrowed money from someone and so gave it back Via our food stamps (that and at the beginning of the month she bought a SHIT load of eggnog) and out food stamps were cut too.

She needs to take some classes on how to manage her money better.

._. she has a payee to manage her money.. but that system fails

if we got another payee, i'd be left out in the cold cause mom isn't supposed to spend money on me at all.. ;-;
